Benefits Hub – Your Online Portal

The Hub incorporates information on benefits, such as pension, life, cash plan, medical – actually, any benefit you offer staff can be incorporated. For some products such as private medical the system can deliver self-service functionality, with staff selecting cover, adding dependents, and seeing the cost immediately.

The hub can include additional ‘Voluntary Benefits’ as standard which you can chose to implement in full or part. These can be paid by staff via salary deduction or direct.

You can include:

Life insurance Staff can buy discounted cover for themselves and/or partner
Critical illness insurance Staff can buy discounted cover
Gym Discount Access to 1000’s of gyms at discounted cost
Give as you earn Giving from monthly pay to a charity of choice
Shopping discount Access to online discount for many of our favourite stores
Eye test The Company can provide self-service on eye tests and glasses

*The Life insurance and Critical illness insurance is a special product provided by the largest provider of UK group life cover and only available through a limited number of consultancies in the UK – we are very proud of this offering – testament to our professionalism and excellent client servicing.

You can even add Company documents, such as online files for staff handbook, health and safety policy. Most staff documents that you wish to upload can be saved onto The Hub.

You can also choose to add Total Rewards and Holiday Exchange (buy/sell), although these are at extra cost due to the build and maintenance required.
